Art, music, etc. I hate Picasso for some reason. I don't like Hummers for the same reason. But, I like coffee, chocolate, cigarettes, carrots, chicanery, and other things that start with c. I'm addicted to assonant and dissonant harmony. They shiver me timbers.
I'd like to meet a person with laser powers comparable to my own.
Jazz, musicals, techno, pop trash, rock, classical, etc. I can stomach anything given the right mood, lighting, and company or loneliness. Dave Matthews Band can even sound good in a noisy dimly lit place with all you friends who also aren't paying attention. It's what "not paying attention" sounds like!
Slacker by Richard Linklater is my favorite. I also liked Annie Hall, Romy & Michele, Waiting for Guffman, Mysterious Skin, Transamerica, Fight Club, Fantasia 2000, Spiderman 2 (iMax version), Prozac Nation, The Squid and the Whale, and Hitchhiker's Guide among others.
I don't own a TV. But, I watch shows on DVD or iTunes. My mom turned me on to 30 Rock. I like nonsense!
I like nonfiction modern/contemporary history/art history, philosophy, how-to/"for Dummies", memoirs/autobiographies. I don't read as much as I should, but I like learning. Audiobooks work well for me sometimes.
Real people that I know: My Gramma and Grampa. Real people I didn't know: Marcel Duchamp, Tristan Tzara, Kurt Schwitters. Non-real people I may or may not know: chimpanzees and turtles.
