About Me

I live in NYC where I perform, produce and teach. I like so many styles and am influenced by so many artists I find it hard to classify what I play like. Hope fully I sound like..me.My first cool gig was very short lived in the metal band Hades who canned me for smiling too much on stage. Not very metal. That kicked my ass to go to Berklee and get serious about the guitar. After school I moved to NYC and joined Liquid Hips and started touring Europe and released 3 CD's on the aptly named Enemy records. If you can find them I still think they are cool records called Fool Injection, Static and Rageaholic. After Hips had run out of steam and the label disappeared, literally. I stared giging regularly at The 55 Bar in Greenwich Village. That was the start of my instrumental trio and my next band Flytrap. Flytrap was a blues rock band in the vein of Zep and the Stones with an emphasis on jamming, a la Zep. We released the CD Bughouse. I still really like that CD, great band.Since then I have been playing in various bands, sessions and producing artists like Casey Henry, The Corsairs, Natalie Ulrich and others. My main focus besides my son, is my instrumental trio. I finally completed my CD featuring Hari Ganglberger on drums, Kip Reed and Ric Fierabracci ( Chic Corea). I am the most happy with this recording.
