HI, my name is Steve Ma Ching I am of Chinese/Samoan descent.Born in New Zealand and lived in Western Samoa for a Few years,educated over there at Chanel College(Moamoa) and then St Josephs College(Lotopa).Im 41 years old and have been tattooing for over 25 yrs I started tattooing at Mt Albert Tattoo studio in Auckland when I was 16yrs old .Taught the art by an old time tattooist by the name of Sailor Geoff Kelly,by the age of 19 I was buying him out.Now I am presently based in New Lynn ,Auckland New Zealand, and have been here for the last 13 years.I tattoo all style but mainly like black and grey work and also specialise in pacific island styles like Samoan sleeves and arm bands etc.Samoan tattoos have really taken off in the last 3 years and all the samoan guys and girls are sporting a little bit of pride of their nation ,as with a lot of the Samoan sports stars like on Sonny Bill Williams Tattoo(I did the sleeve Tattoo... not his leg and not the other ones,sorry Sonny ,dont like to name sling but there are so many guys claming they did it,including back street artist from Melbourne to South Auckland!!! and making money from my reputation and artwork)... Oh the back ground pic is of my oldest son and myself...he's grown up (16)and my hairs grown out, no more farkin combing hair its the No1 clippers now...lol...cheers Steve
