Hello, my name is...drowned out by the music. I am from no matter how hard I try, the cord doesn't seem to reach. I'm from an urban jungle where reality is not kept hidden beneath the surface and sugar-coated for my {quote}benefit{unquote}. A world where those who go down may not come back up, where you question whether or not the truth is really worth it, and where sanity favors the best paid. A city where murder, self destruction, and infirmity are all common by way of gang shootings, drug addiction, and AIDS.
I'm on my way to a better place with the Lord as my guide. Child of the ghetto turned CEO of the good life. Finding myself each step of the way, never the same person I was yesterday.
Theoretically, I'm destined to succeed. My genius is flawed and therein lies its potential. I see life as an hourglass glued to the table. I don't live in the past, I do only what I'm able. That is, living each day like I'm going someplace, not sitting on my ass taking up valuable space.
