I am a NYC area guitarist/ singer/songwriter. I have a great band and the privilage of working with musicians who can bring my compositions to life. We play a varied original repertoire, and what's cool is, we like groovin true to each genre. We play the heck out of our original vocal blues; but I think we sparkle in the instrumentals; the interplay within the band is what's most inspiring, songs can take on a life of their own in a creative instant. That's always fun to watch. Please visit our first webpage:www.mtpockets.org for more info on the band. Here on Myspace is the best place to see my current schedule and upcoming shows. I am performing solo and with other groups ( such as In The Light, Dave Rudbarg & Friends; MTpockets) and I am enjoying teaching guitar, theory and improvisation to private students once more.Thank you all for supporting LIVE music - Mike "MTpockets" Torres
