Brainbox Music is a new UK production company composing and producing music for Film and Television. From 10 second soundbites to full film scores, we produce every genre of music from indie & jazz to full orchestral scores.Brainbox is headed by Simon Blight.
Simon Blight started composing at the age of fourteen. On leaving school he spent three years in London working with Grant Nicholas and John Lee of Feeder. He has since enjoyed touring the UK and Europe with many groups and theatre shows whilst also becoming heavily involved with studio production.
Now, an ardent composer and producer, Simon has stopped touring to concentrate on his work in the studio.He is inspired by the work of Brian Eno, Radiohead, Steve Reich and David Bowie.
