EYEGOUGER

We are Thee One, Thee Only, Thee EYEGOUGER!! The legends that gave birth to Pornus Grind and have influenced many bands you hear today!! Formed In Chicago in the late ‘80s. EYEGOUGER were a force on the Chicago Grind/Death metal scene. They hold the drinking record that will never be broken at old Club Dreamerz in Chicago. On that night they played a show with the infamous "Mentors" with El duce (Unfortunately Club Dreamerz burnt down later that day).They toured across the mid-west and played at the early “Metal Massacre” shows in Minneapolis. They released a 7” e.p. On Nuclear Blast/Mind Control called Ass Rotor back in 1991. In 1993 they recorded material for their potential ASS ATTACK cd at Solid Sound Studios with drummer Rektum Recker spinning the knobs. Rektum Recker had also engineered Macabre’s “Behind the wall of Sleep” cd. . Nipple Cruncher couldn’t finish the recording on this due to a case of the clap. Shortly after the recording the band split after guitarist Nipple Cruncher moved away to Cinncinatti taking some of the bands equipment with him (due to him owning most of it). They reunited in 1995 to play at the 1st EXPO of the EXTREME in Chicago by request of the promoter Mike Hunt. Recently after talking with Don Decker and Jack Koshick, Eyegouger reunited to play the 2003 Milwaukee Metal fest. they have again gone into hiding due to many stalkers and Law enforcement issues.. They have been recently writing new material and are pushing for the release of the “Ass Attack” CD after all these years.
