Music:

My favorite bands change all the time. Some of my all time favorites are, of course, The Counting Crows, Ben Folds, Dave Matthews Band, The Killers, Tori Amos, Radiohead, Chris Isaack, Pearl Jam, and Coldplay...pretty much in that order. I love my XM radio and usually listen to Ethel, or The Squizz.

Movies:

I love Movies!!!! My new favorite movie is Stranger Than Fiction. It's very witty and well written. But I mostly like the sappy chick flicks, like Lake House, The Notebook, Great Expectations and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Some of my many favorites are Closer, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Pulp Fiction, Boondock Saints, and Reservoir Dogs, just to name a few. I literally have hundreds of DVD's.

Television:

I love my DVR so when I get a chance to watch the tube I can see something I want instead of just flipping. I love Grey's Anatomy. Seriously! I also like The Office, Niptuck, Saturday Night Live, The Daily Show and anything on the Dicovery Channel. I loathe and detest reality T.V!!!!!

Books:

I like to read. It draws me in. It rips my life away, it's a great escape... My favorite author is Stephen King. I couldn't really say what my favorite book is, but the Dark Tower series was good. I liked all of the Harry Potter books and most of Anne Rice's books. I like Dean Koontz and Dan Brown. Angels and Demons was much better than the Davinci Code. I think the movie kinda ruined it for me. Right now I'm reading Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time series. When I'm done with that I'll read Tom Clancy.

So this is the new year and I don't feel any different....

Another day another year.... It is a New Year and maybe things will be better. In any case I'm going to have a positive outlook. I'll make an honest effort to be cheerful and happy...
