Dean and Sam are two young musicians from North Yorkshire. They have been performing together since 2004 when they were in their first rock band called Unresolved Verdict. Dean joined the band after joining in on a performance of ’Sweet child of Mine’ (made famous by Guns ’n’ Roses). The band split when the drummer and bassist left in 2006 due to educational reasons. Dean and Sam carried on learning acoustic and metal covers together. After being offered a gig supporting 70’s punk legend, TV SM!TH, they decided to write their own song to perform. ’Everything’s Gonna be Alright’ was their first calibration together. As the gig was a great success and an enjoyable experience for them, the lads decided to sit down and casually write a few more songs. Inspired by people around them, they wrote ’Been Rejected’ and ’Stories’. They decided, in an attempt to show their skills and love of music, to begin making a few simple video recordings of them performing. They uploaded their videos to ’Youtube’ (a public video blog site) and due to receiving some encouraging comments, they covered more popular songs and continued to place them on the internet. They currently have fans stretching across most of the globe, that are inspiring them to put the finishing touches to their forth-coming acoustic album ’Stories’. Even though they are an acoustic piece, they haven’t forgot their ’rock’ roots and are presently in a metal band called ’The New Age’ mainly covering classics by the likes of ’Metallica’ and ’Iron Maiden’.Music is an important part of their life, as it for many other people and for this reason, Dean and Sam will continue to perform together for as long as they are able to.They would like to thank many people for their inspiration and support and appreciate all the help they have been given over the years.
