I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

{}.. Singer/songwriter who currently sings in emerging pop-punk outfit Majoring in Minors and used to perform as a member of Melbourne, Australia outfit Ellora    I am most often found using my spare time, writing lyrics, poetry and chapters for my novel "Not all Heroes Fly" which is about addiction through a siblings eye.I do not believe in pre-emptive violence, or illegal wars, and thus i am often found singing the praises of the left wing movements - although i would not ever categorise myself as a leftie - but rather as a person who likes to make decisions based on all sources of information - including my own social conscience and perspective of life - rather than simply allow the mainstream media dictate my thought processes.I am not a terribly religious person, but that does not mean that i am not spiritual: by definition i would be considered a Christian, but i base my faith on my own relationship with god, not the orders, rules or doctrine of any overzealous insitution. I also will not pass judgement on others who choose another faith, irrespective of how 'unpopular' such beliefs may be."The important thing to me is that one can believe, that they can have faith, not necessarily who or what that faith is based in or directed towards, the power of the human mind to believe is above all else responsible for our continued existence on this earth"I am a fan of all forms of art, especially theatre. I have a huge interest in literature, and i am pursuing a career in journalism, through my unviersity course at RMIT City Campus (Public Relations) and my job as a music purchaser at Virgin in Melbourne.I live for music and do not believe that it, or people for that matter can be boxed into a genre, each song should be judged on its own merit, as should each person.

I love people ...♥

I live a fairly clean, drug free lifestyle, however i do indulge in the odd drink with mates now and then, i am not too preachy about other peoples habits, but i choose not to partake in any of it, due to having seen the effects that such abuse can lead to.Perhaps most importantly however i am simply an artistic, ridiculously short guy who likes all things grandiose, and minimalist equally, I believe in love, death and the afterlife, but most of all the human spirit - for all its perks and perils it is what see's us through the day - irrespective of our creeds.I have a gorgeous girlfriend named Emma who I love to an extent I've never experienced before!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Geoff Rickley - Thursday Vocalist- He just has the most incredible stage presence, and profound knowledge of language, his lyrics are so artistic, emotional, powerful and genuine."The Sedatives tell us everything is alright"William Blake: Such an incredible poet, he was so far in front of his time, preaching about the evils of the capitalist movement and the desolation those left in the shadows the dollar casts experience. His poem the "Little Black Boy" is so profoundly visionary in its message of anti-raciscm, his entire collection of Songs of Innocence and Experience are literary genious- simply ingenious works of social commentary. "I'll shade him from the heat till he can bear,
To lean in joy upon our fathers knee.

And then I'll stand and stroke his silver hair,
And be like him and he will then love me"

Bob Dylan: With such an average voice and average knowledge of guitar theory, but beautiful lyrics, he captivated a world with just the minimal amount of instrumentation. His personal life may not of always been that admirable, but his legacy as a songwriter screams volumes about the extent his activist inspired tales reached, just switch on a radio and within a hour or so you will hear a song he wrote...you can't really argue with that."And I couldn't help but think, through the thunder rolling and stink, that I was just a puppet in a play.
and through the roar and smoke, this string is finally broke, and a cannon ball blew my eyes away."

Johnny Depp: Has anyone ever owned their field like this man does? Smart- a winner with the ladies- a genious at his craft... Astonishing.Che Guevarra: To find out what his real message was, because his image has been exploited to the point where no one can really tell, was he the fallen idol of anti-capitalist rebellion that died within casro's socialst "paradise" or was he something more important and intelligent?Kurt Cobain: The epitome of Tragic Beauty. Brilliant one minute..hopeless the next, on top of the world, but departed it in a pool of depression anyway..perhaps the most intricate display of the mystery of the human spirit.Angelina Joelle, Christina Scabbia, Eliza Dusku, The Suicide Girls,  Kate Beckingsale... hey i might be insightful..but i still want to get my rocks off!
