I subscribed to this word of the day thing to try to build up my vocabulary but haven't taken the time to memorize any of the words I'm emailed each morning. I do like how each week is a different theme though. Last week's theme was words we draw from Spanish, like cabana, except I already knew what cabana meant so it wasn't as educational as I'd hoped.
