They call me Maverick. Don't ask me why they call me that, I'm sick of telling that story...yes, it involves the "Lovin' feelin" song from Top Gun. Beyond that it's just another embarrassing chapter in my life.... though most every chapter in my life is embarrassing, or at least provides some sort of low-brow entertainment to someone... I'm southwestern Ohio born and raised, and yes, we do have more here to do than churn butter and go cow tipping. I have two perfect daughters who are the light of my life, an absolutely beautiful girlfriend who I'm crazy about, and my life seems to get better every day. Except my job, that still does and will probably always continue to suck ass... Music and laughter are probably the two coremost foundations I try to live my life on, music because life without art is unfulfilling and unimaginative, and laughter because there are too many times in this world that people forget to enjoy the little things in life and take a moment to step back from the onslaught of society's "progress" to remember that laughter is the best medicine. Always remember that "progress" is not as good a measurement of "success" as "happiness" is... and I am blessed and happy for what I have been given in my life. Though winning 100 million in the lottery would totally rock, lol...
