Ceessar

"Ceessar is a rock band which is influensed by 80`s pop bands and 90`s alternative rock groups combined with finnish melancholy and longing. Our purpose is to do something good to this boring music scene and to look good. Ceessar was born by Caesarean in january 2001 in Helsinki, Finland. Ceessar´s first gig was in may 2001. The band had it´s first disaster in 2002 when all members, except the writing couple Kimmo (vocals) and Juhana (guit), left the band (They probably didn´t get our humor which is quite original). There were already a couple of our friends who were eager to join our band. In spring 2003 a new line-up was ready and we started to rehearse new material. In 2 and a half years Ceessar has had about 100 gigs around Finland. In 2005 Ceessar is going to studio to record their first longplay. Check out our song samples in the music section and enjoy.
