About Me

Welcome to my page, and please feel free to call me Tea. I'm 27 years old, I reside in Houston and I work in public relations. Oh, and I'm a Fightin Texas Aggie, Class of 2000.

My Interests

My photo gallery. These are pictures of me over the years...high school, college, hanging with friends...Enjoy!!!
My general interest range from outdoor activities, reading, shopping, going out to the movies and the theater.

I'd like to meet:

I'm looking to meet old high School and college friends
and connect with people.Since high school and college, so many of may friends have moved away and we just don't see each other anymore. So this is a great way for us to stay conntected.

Music:

My choice in music really runs the gamut. The six stations programmed in my car a country, rock, top 40, R&B, rap and Spanish (Reggaethon, bachata, Spanish rock and salsa)

Here's a video of one of my favorite yearly concerts.

Movies:

My favorite movie is "Clueless" just because that was totally me in high school. But I really enjoy old musicals like "Oklahoma" and Disney cartoon film. I think "Toy Story" is one of the best movies ever made. I pretty girly in my choice of movies.I’m a big Tom Hanks and Julie Roberts fan so I like their movies – except for “Run Away Bride". O, and I do like “Bridget Jones’ Diary” and “About a Boy” I guess I’m a Hugh Grant fan too.

Television:

Well, I'll admit that I Tivo daytime TV – “The Young and the Restless” and “The View”. I love watching the news and the history channel. My favorite shows on TV right now are “CSI” and “Gray's Anatomy”, which are coming on at the same time next season. I also love "Girlfriends" and I was a huge fan of “Alias”.

Books:

What ever you put in front of me, I'll read. I prefer good recommendations from friends otherwise I go to the old staples - African American novels like Terry McMillan and Romance novels. Growing up, I used to read a lot of John Saul, VC Andrews and Steven King, but again now, it's really whatever.

Heroes:

I know it should be my dad or my mom, but for me, it's not. Now, I love them both, they are an great example of a great marriage - they've been married more than 30 years. But my heros are Oprah, Hillary and Condi. Successful and intelligent women who have made great life and career accomplishments.
