I work as a music & media librarian at a private university. I have also toured the world working for such bands as Stuck Mojo, Fozzy, Sick Speed, CAFU, The Duke, LILITU, Ultraspank, Skinlab. One of the highlights was touring Spain with Pantera in 1998.
I am also the mascot for the heavy metal band Fozzy (sounds stupid, but it's a lot of fun).Check out www.fozzyrock.com ; www.thedukerocks.com ; www.lilitu.wsPersonality-wise, I think most people think of me as nice, intelligent, and serious-minded. I am a sociable loner, meaning I prefer to be alone most of the time, but I love one-on-one discussions, and the company of good friends for reasonable lengths of time. I love to meet new people from all over. In my travels with the bands I meet a lot of interesting and wonderful people, but I have trouble meeting people in the city in which I live. I prefer the company of women, because I find it easier to talk openly and honestly with them, though I do have a few good male friends that are good to talk to. I have opinions on most subjects, but I love to hear other perspectives, and I often incorporate new ideas and perspectives into my opinions--I am very empathetic, and can see issues from many sides. This ability to empathize leads in to my attitudes about morality and judging people. I think everyone has the right to do whatever makes them happy up to the point just before it impedes on someone else's rights. Some people will call my attitude moral relativism, but I call it freedom. I am tired of society being dominated by fear, superstition, and brainwashing evangelical religions. I have no problem with spirituality, and I have no problem with people that have faith in religions that I do not believe, just don't try to minister to me. I am open to intelligent discussion on religion, but based on reason and logic, not superstition and faith. Bible-beaters beware: I probably know more about your religion than you do. That said, please feel free to contact me to chat about most anything. I especially love to discuss music, cinema, art, philosophy, religion.
