I am a personal trainer, so my life revolves around fitness. I'm definetly a gym rat. Moving from Ohio to Arizona 2 1/2 years ago, I have become a lover of the outdoors...hiking, running, traveling...there is so much beauty here, you can never get bored....I am of Irish/English/Swiss heritage, so if you see me on the streets, put on your shades, cause I reflect a lot of light.. :) I last in the sun about as long as Mel Gibson at a barmitzvah
