About Me

I'm a walking contradiction like most people that's why I also refer to myself as innocent interloper. I live and learn, and in doing so I make mistakes and that's where the contradiction comes from. That's life though, that's my life, and in living it I try to enjoy and understand, some may prefer overstand, life as much as possible. To help keep my sanity and gain a healthy perspective in life I do Samatha Meditation .
I'm a counsellor and having people share their joys and sorrow is very humbling. What drew me to it was my desire for knowledge of self. For me there are few things that enable and facilitate healing and growth like how counselling does.
People be sure to click on the hyper links to the vids in the music section particularly the african music vidz. Nuff good tunes out there and feel free to share some of yours with me, each one teach one and all that good stuff. So many good tunes passing us by cos we are only looking at and thinking about Hip Hop,RnB. Also if you haven't noticed I'm a man with passion for many things. Music, films, literature, raving and poetry to name a few. I've kindly included a few links (I know, how nice of me) to some spoken word performances that have moved me. Enjoy!!!
