Kory

As of 26 of January 2007 I am a mother of two of the most beautiful identical twin boys in the world. These are my husband and my first children (assuming we are done) and we couldn't have imagined anything different. My husband's name is Tim and mine is Kory, so we used both our names combined for the names of the boys. First born at 251A is Koti Rok at 5lbs 2oz and 17in in height. Following one minute later at 252A was Tiko Marvelis at 5lbs 10oz and 19in in height. I was in labor for 22hours, beginning when my water broke at 430A in the morning 25Jan, and after almost a full day of going through the birthing process, the decision came for an emergency cesarian section. The boys were born very healthy and were never admitted to NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) and went straight to the regular nursery which is usually unheard of for twins. They were born exactly on their 9 month mark to the day.I am so proud to be a mom and I could've never imagined how it would've felt to love so strongly until holding these guys in my arms and staring at them for hours at a time and noticing the amazing resemblances to both my husband and me. We couldn't imagine things any different.When I first was told I was having twins I thought I was going to lose my mind. That was the biggest suprise I've ever had in my entire life.. and I don't suprise easily. On the drive home I was histerically crying thinking "What in the HELL am I going to do!?" but by the time we arrived to the house I was inlove (though still totallly overwhelmed) with the idea. We now refer to mother's carriying single babies as "Helf Steppers". As in life, I jokingly put this to theory - Brevi don't half step anything.There it is.
