WHAS REALLY GOOD PEOPLE?,IF YA JUS PASSIN' THROUGH, BREAK OFF SUM LUV N DROP AH COMMENT....Basically I started my grind properly at da age of 17, 3 years after knockin' my first beat 2getha with da help of a very special person by da name of 'Ray Henry' aka 'Suga Ray'. After steppin out of the studio, all I could think about was beats, beats n more beats. I would hum all kinds of crazy shit I wanted 2 put 2getha on2 my phone recorder, knowing as soon as i got my PC i could just programme it straight in. As i never had a PC and no facilities wer i could learn my trade, i looked on da internet and reseached different equipment. I also read magz like SOUND ON SOUND, MUSIC TECH AND THE TURNKEY CATALOGUE . The way I heard music was completely different, the way i would analyze how beats wer put 2getha n what kind of effects and processors wer used on each sound. I guess playing the piano since i woz like the age of 6 gave me an advantage as i could hear a tune and be able to play the chords n melody 2getha, whever it woz da right way 2 play it or not, it sounded right 2 me and dats all dat mattered.Wen i left school i got straight in2 college, knocking out music courses with ease. Whilst at Lewisham college I met 1 guy who could get programmes 4 mad cheap so wen I finally got my PC, i kopped Reason 2.5 and Cubase SX.I later went on 2 join a team called S.N.K. (Sluggs n Afro Killa) a group formed by my bro S.L.U.G.G.S., after a few performances da duo split due 2 lack of comitment and '5 star generals' woz formed by S.L.U.G.G.S. which consisted of S.L.U.G.G.S., SubWay, ANIMAL, Killa Kilo, METHOD (+ ah bunch of hoodlumz) After fallin out wid my bro over hustling and discovering tha true nature of his character, I left 5 star generals and did my own ting.I'm still studying my trade gettin my certificates u know, tryna work wid couple singers and rappers so i can get dis promotion going for da both of us.Right now i'm bak 2 business and focused as eva, knockin out beats in Logic 8, Reason 4 and my 2 prize possessions; MPC2000XL & KORG TRITON.
