FeedBACK - Band Bio
1994: FeedBACK, or as its first name "42" has formed as a high school cover-band in 1994..This project has ended without succes in 1996..
1996: some of the former 42 band members (which were too many to count) started a new band called "Sigma"..
1999: Until that time being only a huge supporter of FeedBACK (Sigma was transformed into feedback for sometime); Eray MUTLU was recruited as a bass player...Since then much more effort is spent for FeedBACK's own music than old hit covers..
2000: After some drummers joined and left, the members left behind were A. Zafer YURDACALIS at drums and vocals, Eray MUTLU at bass, Kuzey A. SERDAR at lead guitars..
2001: Two songs were recorded live for a local competition. These songs were "Bir Kez izin Versen Ona", "Yine Burada Ol". Kuzey has left FeedBACK.
2002: Completing his miltary obligations Umut OTYAKMAZ joined FeedBACK as a drummer in May '02.. So Zafer was back at guitars and vocals..Band played in H2000 demo stage as their first show..In Augst 2002, they produced their first self demo album which contained 5 songs ( Hayalet, Berbat Bir Gun, Bir Sabah Misali, Yine Burada Ol, Durma) . This demo was a home studio record made by Zafer. In Sep'02 they found themselves in the finals of a local competition named Battle Of The Bands that was a Bogazici University Radio organizastion.. In Nov'02 de, this web site (feedback.gen.tr) was online..
2003: One of their songs (Berbat bir gun) was published as one of the tracks in a compilation album named "Underground Scream Of Turkey 3"... In September they organized a concert series named Grunge A-Live..
2004: Erhan joined the band as a second guitarist..In Q1 2004 they recored Mantik Oyunu with Deniz YILMAZ (from band Kurban) which was their first real studio production...
2006:Erhan left the band and Serdar joined the band as a second guitarist...
