Alright, I'm back from almost a year of not logging on here so I'll be adding stuff as we go along. First and foremost, I renewed my relationship with Christ and God at the end of this past summer (2008) into the fall months and have never felt better about things. I know why I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease three weeks after I turned 22, and I long for others who are suffering to come to that relationship with God through Jesus that they might be set free from their burdens in this world as well.
I know that I was stricken with this condition to go into law and hopefully eventually politics in order to spread the good word and assist others in similar situations that they might come into understanding a little more about their own suffering and hopefully be a little more at peace with whatever might ail them. I plan on advocating for others who are disadvantaged and using faith as a tool to fight the good fight, for the meek shall indeed inherit the earth (Matthew 5:5).
Christianity is a blessing and a release from your hardships, but only if you're willing to take on all the responsibilities that come with the privileges that you are granted when you accept Jesus as your Savior. If you haven't yet come to Him, that's alright. God is patient. If you're ever interested in discussing faith, I'm more than willing to discuss the mountains of information and knowledge I've gained in just this brief period of time I've come to Christ. I will never be a "Bible-thumper"; I am willing to just talk about faith and what it's all about.
Now onto more details about me. I've got two beautiful little girls ages 3 1/2 years old and 2 months. I've been married to my wife Laura for 5 1/2 years. Although I was born in Colorado and my last 11 years have been spent in this state, the Midwest is my home at heart and we plan on moving there in June 2009 so that Laura can go to graduate school and I can start attending classes to get into law.
I will be adding more as I get the time. Send me a message over MySpace if you're interested in talking and I can send you a private message with my cell phone number.
