During ML's first two years of college L re-united with a good child hood friend named Mike G who was a producer and in charge of the Midi Lab Studio at Solano Community College. Mike G also had a small music studio at his mother's house so L seized the opportunity to hang out with Mike and watch him produce music. Mike G's mother Ms.Linda Hogan was enough inspiration as a phenomenal pianoist. ML observed as Mike G constructed instrumentals using Master Tracks Pro software and his mothers Roland keyboard. As L recognized Mike G's talent of a producer he decided to introduce Mike G to two of his High School friends who were a local rap group called ENJ. "Chocolate Bone" and "EGO" loved Mike G's production. L continued to write his own raps and wanted to record but was somewhat intimidated because of his lack of experience. Chocolate and Ego supported their friend thoroughly. They both coached him on how to professionally deliver vocally in a sound proof booth. While L was being coached on how to record professionally his friend "Gengis Khan" introduced ML and Mike G to his group called the "City Slickaz" which consisted of himself, "SPAWN", and "MR.RUFFIN." Someway, some how the group of guys became a crew. ML would watch how his crew would freestyle and soon build crowds where ever they were hanging out. Mike G with the help of L came up with a track called "Genesis." L at this time felt he was ready to record his first song with the help of ENJ and Gengis who were featured on the song. The song was the birth L being a HipHop Artist. Recording gave him an adrenaline rush that was so spectacular that it inspired him the want to continue making music. Making this decision he dropped out of college. Mike G and L moved to Sacramento California. L soon met Dan-D who also shared a passion for music. He quickly introduced Dan-D to Mike G and they conformed a production team originally called Operation Efforts. During this time ML was not only a self acclaimed lyricist but he also started producing music of his own with the help of Mike Genius. They decided they would call themselves Twiin Theory. ML then started rapping with Bad Newz and they recorded a 16 song effort under the name of "Reign Supreme." Unfortunately the album never surfaced or was released but during this time L had the opportunity to perform infront of a crowd which again was a spectacular adrenaline rush. L boasts that the album that he recorded with Bad Newz was one of his best collaborations to date. As time went on ML continued to write and produce conceptual music to perfect his passion of music.
Currently ML is a co-owner of LiveWire Studios located in Sacramento California. The studio has been opened for one full year and buisness is looking positive.
