First of all, a sorry to all the people who liked or/and supported our music, and a thankyou as well. I know, we promised to come up with some new songs and start over new and stuff. At least we did write a fistfull of new songs but sadly we performed them only about two times and will, looking straight forward, not perform them anymore in the nearest future. It's a pity to say that, but there's no conflict or anything between the bandmembers. It's simply that our broadly loved guitarist and backing vocalist Moe just had to move away to Hamburg for job-related reasons. Therefore we decided NOT to work on with the band, mainly because Moe and I founded the band, and it wouldn't be the same at all. The other reason is that we realized we were marking time, any progress was hardly made and without Moe it would be even worse. I WILL NOT give up hope that everything may turn out good at long sight, that we may come together some day.
But to come to the facts, none of us will stop making music at all. Miro and Freddy are about to start some Indie band, while Miro is trying hard to get into that Kings are Better Queens thing again. Moe will start something new in Hamburg, and Yul... just watch out, guys! We'll inform you about any change or progress, concerning this band or our new projects.
We fucking love you, every single one that went to our concerts.

Formed in 2002 and being a bunch of german wieners, we decided to make music together. But no-one of us could really play an instrument, Moe played piano and had played guitar as a kid. Miro learned it completely new and Max, because of him beating tables and walls all the time, started to play the drums.
In 2003 the first tries of playing together sounded like an electric guitar in a bathtub while a monkey tries to do percussion. Some might say this influenced today's sound of the Ferrets.
Nevertheless we tried it again and again and in 2004 the first songs were presented to an audience:
some fucked-up versions of Blink- and old Green Day-Songs like "Dick Lips" and "When I come around".
In 2005 we started playing our own songs and had a few concerts, then we recorded our first demo in July 05:

In November or something like that we got our 2nd guitarist (Freddy) and tried recording some songs the second time. But they didn't turn out any better than those from the "HQDT". We put them out as the "Fuck the B-Sides"-CD, with the aim for people not to forget us as Max backed out of our band in 2006.
Since August 2006, we got a new Drummer. His name is Yul. We then rocked our fucking scene! In June 2007 we released our first EP "Farmer's Tea". It is totally misleading our youth and we're proud of that :) A lot of local gigs followed and at the begin of 2008 we wrote a few new songs which went into a way more progressive direction and a full-length was planned, but sadly everything had to end before we even could leave this city... Therefor read our Split-Up section at the begin of this page!
