We'll get that Top Gear twat next time...

About Me

On the top row, some of my musical influences, good and bad. On the bottom, some things and people I admire and some that are complete twats:This site is really for having a platform on which my friends can listen to my music. I only got my laptop in November 05 (it is currently June 06) and it has been out of action for a total of two an a half months since then because its a Mac.Since then I have only written a handful of songs, but I am still very proud of them. I use Logic 7.1, which I do find extremely good although pretty mystifying at times. I will be getting Ableton in the new year as I want to get back into DJing and I'm really interested in the concepts of layering and looping.Itll be clear listening to these tracks that I have a lot to learn, especially in the fields of synths (I dont want to be using blimmin presets all my life!), drum programming (need to start using fills etc.), and basic mastering. The tracks Ive been making at the moment have been fairly simple because I want to try my hand at different genres before focussing on each individual track in more detail.Next in the pipeline is finishing a remix of PMTs Gyromancer (remixed by Wookie Slut, so its kind of a remix remix, ywith me?) and starting on a very evil garage / dubstep-esque remix of LFOs Freak. I need to Tom to teach me how to make a filthy drum n bass womph before I get started on that, however. I have been getting back into techno a fair bit recently as well and i have just started my first techno track. It's tricky to make it all sound interesting. Hope you like my music, let me know what you reckon!
