About Me

"Universe puts us in places where we can learn. They are never easy places, but they are right. Wherever we are, it's the right place .. and the right time. Pain that sometimes comes is part of the process of constantly being born."

"The gift of time. The gift of life. The gift of wisdom. The gift of light. For these things we are thankful. For these things we pray."
"Well, if I project a beam of light at the wall, you see the light on the wall, but the wall is not the source of the light. It comes in from somewhere else. The soul is also a projection. It does not exist inside us any more than the light exists inside the wall. But this .. shell is the only way we can perceive it."

FOLLOW THE LIGHT.

My Interests

music, environment(alism), tattoos, (SF/F) fandom & literature, cooking, feeling things, skate and die, finding reasons and purposes, searching for the truth, following the light in the dark, (storm) lanterns and lighthouses, maps, puzzles and dilemmas, labyrinths and mazes, shoes shoes shoes and sneakers, burning candles, stickers, PMA vs PMS, girls, boys, dogs and XkoiraskeneX, killer bunnies, animals in general, hörökorvailu, anime, not having ethical problems about things (:D), motion without meaning + illusion of safety. Possut3

I'd like to meet:

"We take no interest in the affairs of others."

In my opinion all people are assholes until I get the proof they're not so I won't be adding any bands or people I don't already know so don't bother adding me or sending me messages.

Music:

hardcore, punk, emo, metal, rap, rock, pop, whatnot.

Movies:

Mononoke Hime. Kaze no Tani no Naushika. Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi. Lost Highway. Reservoir Dogs. Star Wars. The Lord of the Rings. Spaceballs. Donnie Darko. A Clockwork Orange. And of course Scary Movie 3!
Plus some skateboarding/snowboarding movies with the right FEELING, the ones which make me laugh and smile.

Television:

Babylon 5, Daria, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Star Trek the Next Generation, The Simpsons, Oz, Twin Peaks, X-Files, CSI Miami, The Muppets...

Books:

"Reading is no substitute for experience."
Anything by J.R.R. Tolkien, Tove Jansson, China Miéville, Philip Pullman, William Nicholson or Terry Pratchett. Thursday Next books by Jasper Fforde. Ennen päivänlaskua ei voi (Not Before Sundown / Troll: A Love Story) by Johanna Sinisalo. Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell. Lots of others.

Heroes:

The people who have the guts to be whoever they really are, who don't follow other wishing people will like them. The people who know what they want and no matter how many times life kicks them to the face, continue following their hearts trying to reach their dreams. People who don't go preaching other people of the things they consider right or cool or whatever and in ten seconds change their opinion. Honest people.
