About Me

WRITE A SONG. SAVE THE WORLD.IF EVERY MUSICAN WROTE ONE SONG ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING OR THE ENVIRONMENT THE WORLD WOULD LISTEN...AND CHANGE. JOIN US AND WRITE A SONG TO HELP AVERT A CLIMATE CRISIS The scientific debate is over. Global warming is here and we are the cause. Although you may think this does not affect you, it will. It will have a devastating effect on your children and grandchildren. Leading climate experts tell us that we have ten years before we reach a tipping point toward an irreversible global climate catastrophe. It is the biggest threat mankind has ever faced, yet most people are in denial and nothing is being done. Humanity must act now. As a musician, you can help!We invite every major and independent recording artist to help raise awareness about the impact of global warming on all of us by writing one song. As musicians, we have the power to reach billions of people. We are a worldwide community. What can you do? You can write a song. One song about what is happening to the planet, in your own unique voice, and put it on your next CD. This is the heart of the MUSE CAMPAIGN.By writing and recording a song about our environment, you will help spread a grassroots movement to cool our planet . We don't expect any proceeds from your song. We only want you to write one. Our songs will raise the public's awareness of global warming, and inspire people to make changes in their lives; and also to choose leaders that will do everything in their power to put in place policies that will reduce greenhouse gasses and stop global warming. We are asking every recording artist to do this, regardless of genre. It can be a love song to the earth, a political song, or even an instrumental piece. Let the Earth be your Muse. This is not a political issue. This is a moral and survival issue, and it will take an unprecedented global effort to turn things around. Scientists believe that unless we act now, more than 50% of all species will become extinct in the next 100 years. Hundreds of millions of people will be displaced by flooding or face famine. Katrina was just a taste of what may be ahead. What kind of world do you want to leave to your children? It's not too late—yet. We must act now. We need a global revolution. What better way to start it than with music and song. So please add your creativity and voice—join the MUSE Campaign. Be a part of the revolution. Remember, it’s not the environment we are trying to save, it’s OUR environment—our home, the only one we have. Help us stop global warming one song at a time. Join us today and pledge to write a song. Spread the word and encourage your musician friends to join the MUSE Campaign. Together we can cool our planet.
