I am a writer and broadcaster living in Opelousas, La. I work as a local community relations manager, a music columnist for two local newspapers and a host of Louisiana music shows on TV and radio. I freelance for music magazines, including Offbeat of New Orleans, Living Blues, Sing Out! and more. On-stage interviewer and lecturer on Creole/Cajun music and culture at festivals and workshops around the country. Voting member of The Recording Academy, parent organization of The Grammys.
