Ashlie Harris was born on April 23, 1987 in Denver Colorado. She spent her childhood growing up in the suburbs of Thornton, Colorado. As a child she found music and discovered the talent that she was given within. Growing up she was influenced by a lot of music that her parents surrounded her with. Such as Earth Wind and Fire, The Isley Brothers, Whitney Houston, The Spinners, and much more. As she got older she realized that she wanted to be a performer. So she began singing in school choirs, taking piano and voice lessons to help develop her craft. Ashlie was also an athlete growing up. She stayed very active in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and softball. As she got older she realized that singing is what was going to carry her for the rest of her life so she slowly began taking herself out of the athletic programs to completely focus on music. After that, Ashlie began to take up musical theater and really found her love for the stage and her crave for attention. During her high school career she went on to win many awards from talent shows, choir and theater. Her greatest achievement was when she won Best Solo Musical at the Colorado State Thespian Conference her senior year. She beat out hundreds of performers who competed and got the opportunity to perform in front of thousands of people. Ashlie was also accepted into All-State Choir her senior year. Ashlie is now pushing her music career as a solo artist. She writes and produces all of her own music as of now. With her mind blowing looks and a creative lyrical attack, she is sure to climb to the top when it’s her time. Right now, Ashlie is trying to get her music heard and build a fan base.
