InterPhaZe

George Photiadis aka InterPhaZe was born in Athens.His influences in the field of music derive from great names of the electronic music industry such as Depeche Mode, New Order, Cocteau Twins and many others.From 1995 till now, he composes music and he experiments with new and diverse music styles.During 2000 he changed the basis of his sound and he produced various tracks. For a long time he was known as Machina Electronica, a one-member group, as InterPhaZe was the main and only living factor of the group.In 2002 he created the group Heliotrope. This time was not alone. The group was composed of 2 members and many of their tracks were released on different collections under ZMA label. Heliotrope stood good chances to make a great progress in this field due to the particularity of their music however, for many reasons this cooperation didnt work out and their story ends here.For all that, IntherPhaZes inspiration found a way out and in short time he started working in various sound studios as sound engineer trying also to proceed with his personal album. Since then he runs after the sound trying to find different and new styles in order to meet his demands on music.All that time he presented his work in several live performances and DJ Sets with some of the most known producers and Djs (Atmos, Thomas Penton & Fahed.....) on many known clubs of Athens like Vox, Luv, Danza etc and during 2004 he came up with the idea to start the UPC Team and threw some parties with his friend Dj Stiv Sai. Finally the same year he released his first personal album Move to the Groove which became known for its intelligent progressive trance style.The last two years InterPhaZe dramatically changed his sound and his style is now balancing between progressive tech-house and minimal electro-tech, depending always on the vibes he receives. He also cooperated with various labels & artists such as CJ Jeff (Adaptor) and he mastered most of the tracks on Rhythmetic records 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 mini ep's. After all,he is planning the realese of his forthcoming new album at the beginning of year 2009..!InterPhaZe never stops to develop his style and the tracks he produces are always one step ahead.
