I'm living on my own land in the country just outside Astoria, Oregon. I'm a mama to two beautiful boys
who are teaching me to splash in mud puddles and love the sunshine. I'm nearly always barefoot with braided hair and a Thomas the Tank Engine train in my hoodie pocket. I'm always late. I always wish upon stars. I love the morning fog in Autumn . I embrace my shyness. I love my dimple . I secretly want to go back to school one day. I love that motherhood gives me an excuse to color. I'm proud of my piercings and tattoos, no matter what I do to hide them from my grandmother. I like to be creative when painting my toes . I think breastfeeding is beautiful. I feel like I've wasted the night if I go to bed before 2am. I try to be a good ol' Oregon girl, but I'll always be a Bellingham girl at heart .
