The Best Is Yet To Come...

About Me

If it’s the movement of a song, with a smooth melody and passionate lyrics that captures your soul, then hang on for the incredible sounds of Cory Linn. With unforgettable vocals and a driving rock guitar, Cory delivers a sound that is not only unique, but uplifting.
Born and raised in Lafayette Louisiana, Cory’s passion and dreams for rock n’ roll go as far back as early childhood. But it wasn’t until the day that he touched his first guitar at the age of 10, that Cory knew, beyond a doubt, music was his calling. His parents enrolled him in guitar lessons at 11 years old, and he hasn’t looked back since. While joining and forming bands over several years, Cory has become a well seasoned and experienced musician and songwriter.
Cory touched down in Austin Texas in June of 1999. It was only a matter of time before he was plugged in to the Austin music scene and performing as a solo artist. Soon after, the desire to form a brand new rock band was beating in his heart. Along with his younger brother Ben, he formed Calling On Will. For over 2 years, the band hit the Austin club scene week after week.
Today Cory continues to write music, with plans to record his debut album. His musical influences include Our Lady Peace, U2, Cold Play, The Goo Goo Dolls, and Flickerstick, to name a few. With a fire in his bones that won’t be shut out, Cory’s ready to make his mark on the music industry. Get ready for a new experience, and stay tuned for more updates.
