Mud slinger for life. I will be graduating next December with my BFA (finally), and I look forward to pursuing a life and perhaps operating on some sort of "normal" schedule, but we'll see about that when the time comes.

I love music. Talking Heads, Ween, The White Stripes, Widespread Panic, Phish, the Grateful Dead, Paul Simon, Cat Stephens, Avett Bros., lots of old bluegrass-all the old standards-Ralph Stanley, Flatt&Scrugs, Bill Monroe, John Hartford-this list could go on forever. Lots of newer stuff too-Sam Bush, Bela Fleck, John Cowan, Rikky Skaggs, Del McCoury Band, etc, etc. I'm really into what Mike Gordon and Leo Kotke are doing, I still love Hot Tuna and whoever plays with Jorma. Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, I love funk, blues, jazz, so, so much music.

Movies:

True stories-best movie ever, I Heart Huckabees, The Weeping Camel, Waking Life, Eternal Sunshine, You, Me and Everyone We Know, An Inconvenient Truth, The Motorcycle Diaries, The Corporation, Garden State....

Television:

"Born in a house with the television always on."-Luckily thats completely untrue, that thing is the plague, and so are potato chips.

Books:

Omnivores Dilema-Michael Pollen-If you eat, you must read this. A Man Without A Country-Kurt Vonnegut(RIP)-Short and sweet. Any of David Sedaris' books, they're really, really funny. Catcher in the Rye, Walden, The Giving Tree, Where the Wild Things Are, and pretty much any book about art or with pictures of art in it...

Heroes:
