Ogo

Born and raised in Nigeria, Ogochukwu Nzeakor moved to Liverpool when he was 11 years old. Studying drama at school paved the way to Arts College which in turn opened the creative doors to Ogo, especially in music. Surrounding himself in such a creative environment, Ogo became influenced by such artists as Tracy Chapman, Seal and Lynden David Hall. Now at the age of 26, and after refining his own natural voice, Ogo began to write beautiful music relating to his experience be it in relationships or as an answer to other peoples’ negativity regarding his amazing ability. Ogo’s main influence in life however, remains his late uncle, who sadly died five years ago. Friend and mentor he taught Ogo to stay strong, stay happy and nothing can break you.
