In preparation for the release of our album “The Fallâ€, we’ve created a SNOCAP music store. For right now we’ve put up the songs from our 2003 promotional demo and set the price at a reasonable $1.00. We've now also added "The Solution", the first single released from our album The Fall, to our SNOCAP store.
Keep in mind that we are re-recording all the songs from the demo and they will be on the new album. But if you just can’t wait until summer you can buy these for now.
Dusk of Mind comes from the minds of Brian Kline and Dan Scherer, lifelong friends from Wisconsin. In the late 90's we forged and evolved our sound while in the band Greys. Influences include, but are in no way limited to, Type O Negative, NIN, Marilyn Manson, and Paradise Lost. It wasn't until 2002 when we combined forces with Brian's brother Paul, their brother-in-law Scott, and high school friend Pete, that the ideas and the concept, became something great. Our tightness as friends and family shone through brightly in the music.
Most online folk probably know Brian Kline best as Sonic Clang, video game music creator. In 2005 he remade the original music from the first episode of Doom for a Doom 3 mod called "Classic Doom 3". Apparently he was the first person in over 10 years since Doom had been out to recreate every song from the original game using real instruments, and not in a "remix" style.
