About Me

Me? I'm just a guy who likes music and other forms of pop culture, reaching all the way back to vaudeville when pop culture was called "entertainments." I'm an archivist of the original music scene in South Florida during those heady Punk/New Wave years of 1978 to 1980-something. I've created a website, the Pete Moss Memorial All-Night Record Shoppe dedicated to that time, and to the late Pete Moss 'cause he was my best friend and I miss him. For the site's five year anniversary I started a blog where you can download all the music for free! It launched in June 2008 and I upload more stuff whenever I get the chance.
These days I'm a single dad of two (Ben & Simone). Although I was an active musician up until about 2000, these days I settle for some late-night acoustic guitar. Professionally I'm a graphic designer and I've been everything from a production person to art director to creative director.
Below is a whole mess of music, 64 songs, some I play on, some I don't. Some of it is from the website/collection, other tracks are my bands from after I moved to New York at the end of the eighties. The ones I play bass (or more) on are marked with an asterisk. Maybe you know some of it, maybe you don't, but it's all totally cool!
