I was a punk in Stevenage and hung around with a big crowd of people who used to frequent the Marquee and Electric Ballroom in the 70's and 80's..I was in a band with 2 members of Chron Gen..they went on to form a successful band and I went into acting...I have done pretty well as an actor and am best known as Glyn 'Taffy' the warehouse manager in The Office. I also appeared in the football hooligan cult classic i.d. I returned to my old stamping ground to appear in the Stevenage based film Boston Kickout..playing the pissed up manager of a shite punk band..I have appeared in quite a few TV ads including one with Sven before the 2002 World Cup and more recently one with John McEnroe in Spain..Me and my mate Al Gregg are currently writng a punk play called 'Death or Glory..We will let everyone know where and when its on and hope to see lots of punks and ex punks there..Dave
