After growing up in Los Angeles and living all over the country, I now live in Atlanta with my husband, children and pets. My life is not only a beautiful journey but each day unfolds as a new adventure.
One of my many passions is my work. I feel lucky to be able to say that, but I am committed to you in asking, "If you don't like your job, then why on earth are you doing it?" We give all our power away to the so-called have-to's of this world and never see the simple fact we are the masters of our own universe. Create the life you want ... it really is that easy.
You might say I am passionate about my work because it's fun. Truly, my life is a blast. My whole mission is to show people how to take control of their bodies and their lives, at any level in very simple and realistic ways. It doesn't have to be complicated. While my clients come from all walks of life, my personality and background make working with the music industry my first choice. Music has made my life so much richer ... this is my way of giving back.

In my massage practice in particular, I use my arsenal of tools to help others achieve their full potential. These tools include Swedish, deep tissue, NMT, neuroauricular technique, raindrop technique, theta healing, EFT, energy medicine, Reiki, flower essences, medicinal aromatherapy, herbs and much more. I make sure these therapies are customized to meet the needs of each and every individual who seeks a path back to feeling more alive. Don't we all want to feel more alive? A big part of what I do involves teaching others, either one on one or in groups of any size, how to embrace the responsibility of their own health. Don't be sucked into anything the media says about what you need to be doing to get or stay healthy, because they will change their mind tomorrow. It's all about what sells. The reality is healing happens on many levels and for your personal situation, it all starts with your decision to take responsibility for your own health. It is possible to improve your quality of life no matter what your diagnosis if you are willing to take the necessary steps. If you are taking Lipitor for high cholesterol but still eating fast food 3 times a day, don't expect it to get any better.
For my latest project, I have opened a local, grassroots health food store in Lawrenceville downtown on the historic square. It's called Herbmom Organics. There will be a myspace up soon which will simply be Herbmom Organics and the website will be available soon as well at www.HerbmomUSA.com.
This unique shop will serve as a hub for the community to get plugged into going green, living local and sustainable and staying in control of their own health care. We offer in depth consultations and massage therapy. In March of 2008, I took an amazing trip to South America through Ecuador and the Andes mountains and I am already trying to figure out, where to next? All I know is my future will always find me traveling to new and exciting places around the globe ... always feeding my adventurous spirit. Hope to see you there! Speaking of adventure, in August I went skydiving for the first time. I figured if I could do that, I could do anything!
