About Me

Born in the state of Texas to loving parents from the islands of Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. Raised in various parts of America including Washington State and Puerto Rico as a result of my parents' military careers. Currently reside in New York where I have become enchanted with music. First started writing poetry as a way to relax and have fun. Soon translated to song writing,inevitably led me to performing. I first got inspired to write poetry after my school newspaper assigned me to do coverage on a poetry slam by the name of D-Arts (Word in the Heights). Its an outlet for the youth of Washington Heights to express themselves through literature they themselves create. After witnessing their talents my ego got of hold me and thought I could out perform these people. After accomplishing this personal challenge, I continued to write music as a way to escape from the trash put out by today's musicians and have continued to perform on outlets besides D-Arts to perfect my overall flow and style as a lyricist.
