Because of this ‘77 gene flow’ it shouldn’t surprise you that these KIDS are blessed with some RAMONES chromosomes!!! Moreover it seems that Annie Hellie and POLY STYRENE (X-RAY SPEX) must have the same ancestors since people keep telling Annie’s and Poly’s voice are very much alike, something the Hellies won’t deny off course!

· You can hear Annie Hellie sing along on the new 2007 ‘War Risk 3’ (WR3 = Belgian punk band since the eighties) album ‘Reloaded’ (Song: Run)
· We once dedicated our song ‘Evil Hugo’ to a total stranger in the crowd: afterwards we found out the guy actually was named Hugo, a broccoli farmer!
· A Hellies T-shirt has been spotted overseas in San Francisco, worn buy Greg Ingraham original guitar player with The Avengers!
