About Me

I am a happily married wife and mom.My husband and I have been married 34 years. He is my best friend.We have a daughter who married, and now we have the perfect son-in-law. He is truly the best! We have so much fun with them!We also have a son who is the beef specialist at our local Arby's. He is a good guy, too!We have two kitties. I was always a dog person, but I became allergic to them, so after our last one died at age 16 we had to make the switch to cats. I love my cats!! In fact, they are like my children now that my real kids are grown up!

Fleetwood Mac, Kansas, Journey, ELO, Neil Diamond, Sinatra, Johnny Cash, George Jones, Dolly Parton, classical - especially with strings.

Movies:

Walk the Line, Steel Magnolias, The Patriot, Gladiator, The Godfather Series, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Vacation, Christmas Vacation, Dances with Wolves, Forrest Gump, The Day After, The Stand.

Television:

Ghost Whisperer, Heroes, Jericho, Big Brother, Survivor, ER, Seinfeld, Antiques Roadshow, The Weather Channel, FOX News, and many series that have been cancelled before the networks even gave them a chance!

Books:

Anything by John Jakes, Stephen King, or Jean Auel. Also, newspapers, and the good ol' TV Guide.

Heroes:

No one can live up to my high standards! Haha! Seriously, though, it would be my husband. He can do anything. Next to him it would be our daughter. She is a driven person who amazes me with everything she does.
