I intend to do as much good as I can with the time that God gives me in this world. I feel that my main purpose in life is to help animals and conserve nature. I've loved animals since I was a kid and always wanted to protect them from harm. I have been volunteering at Miami Metro Zoo since March 2007 & I love it. I have a corporate 9-5 job but, my real passion is animals, of course! It's good to know there are other humans out there who LOVE and respect animals, too. I have a "few" pets at home. Just take a look at my pics section. I am proud to be a U.S. Army veteran. I was in for 8 years and I have lived & traveled through Europe & also lived in Hawaii. I'm must have Gypsy blood in me because I can't stand being in the same place for very long. I'm a jack-of-all-trades: photography, jewelry making, scrap booking, make-up artist,pet sitter, etc. I can be a solitary person sometimes, but I can also be very affectionate and loving. I'm also a "giver". I take care of my peeps! I'm more independent than your average female. I'm reluctant to depend on a man for stuff I can learn how to do myself. I have tools and I know how to use them! My Dad was a construction worker and he taught me pretty well.
