there's more to me than you see. 'nuf said! no, just kidding; if you really want it, here goes.i have a degree in sociology and gender studies and am trying to get into an accelerated nursing program (hopefully to start in Ocotober!). I live in Oshkosh, born and raised, but ran away for school (Iowa, where I met some of my best friends!) and for Americorps*NCCC (Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, NYC, Alabama, Mississippi).I work as a CNA and am also a camp counselor for ESW in the Dells. I'm lucky enough to be working as a unit leader this summer.I love to give of myself, which on occasion has hurt me more than anything, but usually only in personal relations. I am a community service junkie, who loves carrots, diet coke, and ice cream. ask any of the guys who've lived with me and they can tell you, if i need to go to sleep, put me on the futon and put in a movie. if i'm crying, offer me ice cream, breakfast foods, or a good game of euchre. if i'm excited or celebrating, it's gonna be loud and may possibly involve alcohol!lately i've become somewhat of a wedding planner/consultant/bridesmaid extraordinaire as i am the moh in one of my best friend's wedding in may and a lt. minion for another best friend next summer. i also have at least three other weddings i already know about to go to in the next 18 months or so! pro football, especially the packers! i'm looking forward to watching rodgers develop in the head honcho position!my mom and grandma got me going on crossword puzzles; i've always loved to read (just about anything, including labels and the phonebook!); i love being crafty!my newest interest is cycling. i'm planning on doing the MS Bike-a-thon in August. 150 miles in 2 days!!!! any suggestions, if you care to join me, or you'd like to donate, PLEASE let me know.
