Hour Glass Entertainment leads off the S.C.(South Carolina)Movement. Not to be confused wit snap or trap music, we kickin real hip hop. In the words of Blastmaster KRS-ONE "Rap is something you do, hip hop is something you live." There has been a lot of disrespect as it relates to the South and hip hop. Partly due to a lot of whack songs being made, which contain no lyrical content at all. Yall know, cat in the hat rappers. We manifest the essence of true hip hop in it's purest form, relatable to any facid of life. We can appeal to any audience, bringing something for everybody to vibe to. Trust, our music speaks for itself.

Influences: We are eclectic when it comes to hip hop. Mainly we feelin niggas thats sayin somethin. Influences for our music include: KRS-ONE, X-Clan, Sons of Man, Wu-Tang, Jay-Z, B.I.G., Outkast, Nas, E.P.M.D., Big Daddy Kane, Lord Finesse, D.I.T.C., Rakim, Brand Nubian, Lost Boyz, and Run-Dmc.
Sounds Like: Our music is like old school soul meets clasic hip hop.
