Now I truely understand what they mean when they say that having a child is like having your heart living outside your body! Having her and James in my life has made me complete! I am adoring having the titles "wife" and "mommy" - I WAS BORN TO DO THIS!!!!It honestly feels so good to have the most amazing man to come home to at the end of a long day, and to know that your best friend is the one you call "husband". I am so damn lucky!
I grew up in Lake County and graduated from Clear Lake High School in 2000. I went on to college in Long Beach, CA and then settled in Napa, CA in 2004. I met my fantastic husband James the first week I was here and we were married June 4th, 2005. James is an Elementary School teacher and is in the middle of his 6th year teaching. We were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Madison Rae, a year later on July 9th, 2006. We bought our first house as I was in labor and have really enjoyed updating it and making it our own! After leaving my Youth Ministry position at St. John's and the parish completely I am now happily settled at St. Apollinaris doing Youth Ministry and enjoying parish life again! If you come into Napa to do some wine tasting let us know and we'll do lunch or dinner or can make some great recommendations as we both have a history of working in the hopsitality industry here.
