Welp, for my friends/family who are wondering why I have so few pictures up, I put them all on Flickr, so go to http://www.flickr.com/photos/28566448@N03/
to see my photo albums page. It has all the stuff from my home/work life etc.Hmmm this should be fun and exciting for you as you begin to know more about me, unless you already know who I am, then you are really in trouble.I am not one who gets on here enough to deck out my myspace or change it every week (this is the first time in about a year since I touched the profile part at all! Umm, I live in Houston, Texas (yes new home of Hurricane Katrina Refugees) I think there is a huge difference between refugees and victims....I work with a few of the victims, but I still see refugees everywhere. OK i will step off the soapbox!Love American Gladiators (the revived one!) Hellga is the best! Id like a Hellga background on here sometime!I work at Methodist Hospital in the Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgery department, and it is a great challenge and yes even fun on a day to day basis. (So much for getting educated as an English major.) Going to school again sucked, but I guess we all have to do it at some point or another. I love the OR especially when you get to work with great friends, and even some doctors who are world renowned. I have met Dr. Michael DeBakey a couple of times (on occasion you can see him zooming around the hallways on his chair) and I love working with Dr. George Noon, one of the nicest, greatest, and most accomplished surgeons you can ever hope to meet. I can do without some of the other ones I work with but that is a different story, let's keep this upbeat now shall we.I am just your basic not-so-normal, run-of-the-mill, loving, alcoholic, smartass, overeating, alcoholic, let's eat something, impulsive, chocolate loving, t-shirt hoarding, alcoholic woops i said that, coffee drinkin, martini guzzlin' goofball. that in a nutshell should be good for the "About Me" section. if you have any questions, please ask yourself "should I really ask him" before you do ask me.
I enjoy a lot of stuff like reading medical news and innovatoins in the medical community as well.
