Ever since in his early age, Jerry Kaye has been immersed in various kind of music. By listening from Jackson 5 to popular bands of the 70's in his dad’s record collection during his child hood years, it helped him to form the diverse and evolving sound that he employs now. Years passed by, in 1999 he bought his first DJ compilation, Sasha Ibiza 013 and he just fell in love with dance music. Since then he has surrounded himself completely with House music, taking the inevitable step from clubbing to DJing and onwards.Being a part of the clubbing scene from such an early age allows him to DJ from a clubbers perspective, forming sets dedicated to his particular audience and granting him the knowledge of exactly what a crowd is looking for. His sound can be describe as funky, melodic with driving beat that makes you dance, From house, disco, tech, electro, funk to progressive, Jerry create an unique blend of his own sound. Because of that, his guest mix has been featured on various radio shows around the globe. Just only be djing for 5 years, due to his relentless search for quality music, this has enabled him to progress at a remarkably fast pace. Forming an extensive network of producers, fellow DJs and friends, there is rarely a moment when he is not hunting for new music.In order to give a personal touch to his performances and tracks according to his concept, Jerry edits most of the productions included in his sets, just to create a particular and different sound. Some of these edits have been supported and played by Argentinian dj and producer Ricky Ryan (aka Can Costa), during his recent Europe tour. It was also feature in his guest mix on the famous John Digweed's KISS 100 show. Many of his edits also got support by other renowned djs such as Danny Howells, Desyn Masiello, Luke Fair, Nic Fanciulli, Sander Kleinenberg, Demi and Paolo Mojo.His influences traverse the length of house music, from Danny Howells and Sasha to Deep Dish and Danny Tenaglia, by playing a sound that's not easy to classify, deep and melodic for some, and energertic and plain mad for others. He is as happy warming up as banging out towards the end of the night. Balancing producing and DJing and promoting, he has already earned the respect of top artists across the globe. With 2007 just around the corner, the future sure looks very bright for this young dj hero.
