About Me

I grew up in Gardnerville, Nevada and began my musical education through late night cowboy guitar sessions with my dad. I started playing classical piano around the age of 11 and still continue to play, but I started focusing more on the guitar when I went away to college. My college experience was full of challenges and journeys that gave me a lot of material to work with, and the time on the high seas to write songs from that material. For the last couple years, I have been a tugboat chief engineer in Hawaii. As a result, the Ukulele has become my new focus, and the instrument of choice for my first album. Tunes of the Tide - songs of love, pain, and the search for fulfillment. This CD is dedicated to my parents for all their love and support.I have recently completed my second album entitled "Where She Danced" on November 20, 2006. This CD is a mix of six Piano and Ukulele instrumentals that I have composed along the way, complimenting the six acoustic guitar pieces. As the album cover illustrates, this CD is dedicated to an amazing and beautiful women from the southern desert of Arizona. I hope that the passion I feel for her can be heard on each and every track.
