MY MUSIC PAGE IS COMING SOON.... Mr. King (Master Of The Spoken Word) is the product of a pimp and a prostitute. Mr. King was born in The Bronx, NY and raised in the foster care system. Mr. King is a role-model for all inner-city youth across the country. Mr. King decided to enter the military after graduating high school with honors. Although He didn't believe that the Iraq war was justified He served His country honorably. His tours include Korea, Japan, Germany, and Kuwait City. After returning home to the US, Mr. King began working at the Fox News Channel as a Broadcast Engineer assistant. His technical skills learned in the military was well appreciated in Rupert Murdock's nest but Mr. King wanted more in life. Without any warning He stepped away from television and went into the mortgage business. It didn't take long for Him to excel. He became a senior loan officer in a year then moved to California to start His own business. After He achieved His goal as a Mortgage Broker He felt empty inside. This wasn't what He was looking for either. He became very depressed and left everything He had in California to come back home to NYC. Mr. King (Master Of The Spoken Word) has been writing and performing His riveting poetry for nearly two years now. Mr. King began writing in a psychiatric hospital after being detained for writing a suicide letter to His mother in 2007. After His discharge from Harlem hospital He wrote His first piece titled "Who Am I" on June 5th. At that point He finally found His purpose in life. It was to become an Inspiration to His generation of people. All those that feel that life is hopeless can listen to Mr. King and gain strength. All of His poetry is autobiographical and His words cut like a double-edged blade. Mr. King has performed all throughout the tri-state area. The biggest stage to date was the Apollo Theater in December, 2008. Mr. King is a Revolutionary in every sense of the word. He wakes up every morning and thinks about what He can do to make the world better. Everyone is coming to know Him as "the train poet". Mr. King goes on the subway everyday to give the people what they need...Inspirational thoughts!!!
