About Me

Tyler Wagler is a bass player and guitarist who recently moved to Guelph from Toronto. Since graduating from Humber College, where he studied both double bass and electric bass, he has been busy working in a wide variety of musical situations. He is currently busy performing with Friendlyness & The Human Rights, David Sereda, CarlyJo and has also performed with Friendly Rich & The Lollipop People, Porkbelly Futures, Alana Lavondoski, Joel Morelli, Lights, and The Platters. His compositions have been featured on CDs by art-rock quartet, Backwoods Justice and jazz quintet, Sploink. In September of 2009, after spending eight years in Toronto, Tyler relocated to Guelph where he is teaching privately. He can be found performing throughout Southern Ontario, from house concerts to festivals.
