The Ace On Bass

About Me

Hey People
here is another bassplayer out of nowhere, trying to establish his place in the rough music world. Unlike most of those numerous, honorable kinds of my species, i´ve got currently no newer stuff to present. But i´m sure that will change soon. Meanwhile i´ll put music on the player, that has been recorded with my participation throughout the years (as far as i can get hold of the copies). The tunes will be changed from time to time. Different styles, different folks, good, not so good and worse, but always made with heartblood, sweat and the full life around it.

Also unlike most of the young rising bass-lions and lionesses today, i´m self educated and grown up by experience.
Currently (since 1999) i work with the KING KAMEHAMEHA CLUB BAND (formerly K´town Connexion). You can visit us every thursday at the King Kamehameha Club

A live dvd is in the pipeline.
The most recent recording i did was with KAML, a beautiful Project of Salvador Poe and Chinmayo. Check them out at their myspace site (among my top-friends). I play on the songs `What A Beautiful World ´ and `This Love Abides´.
My heart beats for old skool soul, funk, latin, jazz, blues, psychedelic and fusions 60ies, 70ies style as well as for new sounds that build up on those roots.
I´m also active as a DJ and produce radioshows. Please check out my other profile Jazzmadass.
